TRIBES 2017: Choose To Serve!

Serve during your tribe month, or ANY Sunday that works for you!

 

GETTING READY FOR EASTER!

We are seeking volunteers to assist with our Holy Week services.  Please note the special needs we have for each service.  You may sign up on line by clicking HERE, or by emailing Lehua at cbts@calvarybythesea.org.

•  Maundy Thursday - April 13th, 7:00pm

This service also requires volunteers to assist with the set up & maintenance of the foot washing stations.  

•  Good Friday - April 14th, 7:00pm

•  Holy Saturday– April 15th, 6:30-7:30pm

Volunteers are needed after service to set up chairs and to preset the furniture for the Easter Sunday sunrise worship.

•  Easter Sunrise Worship - April 16, 6:00am

 Volunteers are needed at 5:15am to setup the furniture on the lawn.

 

 

How can I sign up?

  1. Online! Visit http://signup.com/go/cFppKY, then Sign Up! for as many worship duties as you’d like. Remember to provide your e-mail address so that you can receive a reminder e-mail as your date-of-service approaches.
  2. Sign up with your Tribe Leader.
  3. Call the church office and sign up with Lehua, Parish Assistant (808-377-5477).
  4. Sign up using the 2017 TRIBES sign up board (located near the ushers table).
