c. Nov. 10, all day, moving of organ to new position in sanctuary

e. Nov. 21, T-giving Eve Service
f. Nov. 25 Christ the King/Reign of Christ Sunday (end of liturgical year)
g. Dec. 1, (Sat) 3 pm, DECORATING SANCTUARY FOR ADVENT
h. Dec. 2, Advent I, Choir presents new composition by Bruce Kau, and the GEMS sing and dance
i. Dec 2, pm, Gratitude Dinner—all music groups invited to perform
j. Dec. 7 (Thu), 6:30, Choir’s monthly rehearsal
k. Dec. 9, Advent II, Marathon Sunday, Evening worship (7 pm), presentation of Holden Evening Prayer by Marty Haugen (sung/danced vespers service).
l. Dec. 16, Advent III, PAC’s “The First Noel” at both services
m. Dec. 21 (Fri), Blue Christmas (7 pm), Jazz at Calvary
n. Dec. 23, Advent IV, 10 am Baptisms

2. Items which have not been concretized or finalized:
a. Work day(s) for creating Advent decorations, banners, stars.
b. Survey of existing Advent/Christmas decorations, lights—what are usable, what are not usable
c. Enlisting of bodies to decorate, etc.
d. Complete selection of Advent/Christmas choir and soloists music
3. Ongoing projects:
a. Moving of all choral collections/instrumental music into the lateral files (the 3 4-drawer files were delivered 2 weeks ago)—the choir anthems have already been placed in the files
b. Now that all the files are in place, a thorough organizing and cataloguing of all the music
c. Cleaning the music “bay” in the basement
d. Arranging the liturgical aids (paraments, etc) storage area
e. Weekly reporting to OneMusic.License of copyrighted music/lyrics
